I have worked as a solicitor and a Costs Lawyer for more than 26 years.
When the plans to introduce a new costs management regime were first unveiled I became involved as a speaker for the Law Society in providing early information to the legal profession about the changes.
As I delivered training on the new costs management rules and learnt more about legal project management principles, I realised that this was a way of working which the team at DBCL should embrace. I wanted us to improve the way we work with our clients making both them and us more profitable.. and so, the idea of Attain Legal Costs Management was born.
We are a results based business and we exist to make our clients more profitable.
When our clients succeed, so do we.
We make use of the latest technology including bespoke Excel based software to deliver speedy and cost effective solutions. Whenever possible, information is shared electronically and the use of paper is eliminated or greatly reduced. We have a well deserved reputation for technical and commercial excellence.
